Mike Shanahan must be fired for the way he handled RG3's knee injury. The player is supposed to say "yeah coach I'm ready to go back in". That's the attitude you want your player to have. It's the coach's (and in this case a veteran coach that gets paid $7M a year) responsibility to take the decision away from the player. For the player's best interest and the best interest of the team. Mike Shanahan clearly failed to do that and in doing so jeopardized this young star's future and the immediate future of an entire franchise/fan base. He could not have possible displayed any worse judgement. He must go.
