Gruden has made the Raiders look like a joke ever since he got hired back. His ego gets in the way. He is a cancer of a coach that has a Super Bowl but because of someone else’s hard work and building a solid foundation. Please let’s get this man fired because he will send the Raiders Organization back, about another 10-15 years.
