It’s not only about GMing. He has had some successful drafts . He has to be out of the media completely. He can’t act like the head coach and give the press conferences and player updates straight out of the locker room. . Players need to play for the coach . Let the head coach set an actual culture we have been lacking for years. No more puppets!!!!

it's ridiculous and joke how the Jones family runs this team , none of them have NFL experience in playing for the NFL or Coaching or General managing a NFL Franchise, Their Rich Billionaire's in a NFL playpen, Like little children , that don't have a clue on how to play the game, They should hire a bonified General manager and a hard nose NFL coach with experience, Like a Dan Campbell who coaches the Detroit Lions, Now that's a tough hard nose coach, that young athletic player's will respect and play hard for , you have to get down right gridy and nasty in the gridiron of Football
