I haven’t seen the cowboys in the superbowl let alone the nfc championship game since 1996 I was 1 year old at the time things need to change I mean Jerry jones is a great owner but not a great gm. He needs to fire himself and hire someone to take his place

We Cowboys fans will never see progress as long as Jerry Jones remains in control of the decision making. He proves every off season by doing nothing to strengthen the team that he is incapable of making any smart decisions for the team and the fans. We deserve to be able to have a team that we can actually get excited and route for. I myself every year have been able to predict the failure that follows after the moves or lack of during the off seasons. It is so predictable of what the outcome will be each year..

Take the team ownership and let the fans buy one share and let us run this team

I have sent many letters to the Arlington Cowboys in the last few years. For sure, Jerry is his own worst enemy and makes many poor decisions. Time for him to go.

I think it has been far too long, this organization has so much skill and ability squandered every year since 1996. It is a shame, we care more about business than a working product on the field. Something needs to change. I think it is ownership - poor ownership and also GM trickles down to make a poor product when it matters most on the field. We need ownership that cares about winning and excellence ON and off the field!! Maybe a new GM is a start? I also think Jerry should step down as owner if he wants what is best for the team and organization. Aikman for GM?? haha

Jerry needs to go. He has no clue on how to build a team.
