he has disliked kathryn prior to his tweets about IT Girls. he's had lots of tweets shading kathryn. for an employee who works for Star Cinema, he has shown that he is biased with his personal favorites on social media which should not be the case. that is unprofessional.

Mr. James Banaag has to leave. He had lost integrity with repeated display of bias and unprofessionalism in his social media posts. A conduct unbecoming of your employee who is known to be involved in the promotion and advertising of your network's movies and shows. We cannot trust him anymore to be working fairly and justly. He is known to be working in an entertainment company, he should keep his biases for himself because he is expected to be neutral to all the talents. On his past tweets, he showed how unprofessional he could be. The tweet may be based on his own opinion but he doesn't consider the repercussions of his action.
