We the fans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers wish for the ownership and management to realize that we are the people who purchase tickets, team gear and support the organization as a part of the NFL and a representative of the city of Tampa, Florida. We are tired of the organization continuing to stand behind a head coach who has proven that he lacks the leadership, knowledge and ability to lead an NFL team that lives up to the potential of the players who make up the team. We implore you to act now and terminate the contract of Greg Schiano as the Head Coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers immediately and replace him with a suitable interim coach.
