Fire Christie Wilt for bullying special-needs child

Having been a special education student, the conduct of Ms. Chaffins and Ms. Wilt, infuriates me. Until Ms. Wilt is fired and her teaching credential revoked, I will continue spreading the evidence of their abuse targeting special needs students. These are unhappy women who need help; but not at the students' and taxpayers expense.

Please fire this woman. She should not be anywhere near children. It is outrageous that she is allowed to work as a teacher.

When I heard about this I cried, I cried deeply....my own brother is also special needs. This incident shows clearly that not enough is been done to stop bullying, that whole school from students to teachers, to the higher ups should all feel ashamed and disgusted with themselves.

I can't believe this has not already been taken care of. Why do any who were made aware of this still have their jobs?

This is so cruel, disgusting, and textbook bullying. I know this must go on in classrooms more than we know, but a special needs child. She should be so embarrased and have enough sense, like the TA, to resign. She should have been terminated and a permanent revoking of her license to teach executed. So sad that she has enough gall to keep teaching. Where's her integrity? Go to school for something else if you cannot achieve proper patience and uplifting that a teacher requires. What about the saving face of the school district? They would gain more respect from communities if they would let her go.

This article broke my heart. When i saw the picture of these two women, they looked so welcoming and like such wonderful teachers. Oh how looks can be deceiving. Christie's license needs to be revoked, this women is not competent to teach what so ever.

This makes my stomach turn. Our kids are the most precious resource we have, and are the inheritors of the future. This woman should never be allowed to teach agin.

It's unbelievably disgraceful that there has to be a petition for this. The school system should be jumping at the chance to show themselves more faithful to the student and not the teacher in cases like this.

Watching the story on Anderson Cooper and I am absolutely disgusted. How dare those women. What a terrible, awful story.
