He needs to go. He is no motivator. And he only hires his buddies from GVS. It's not just him his whole staff sucks. It took him how long to emphasize strength training? He spent how many seasons working more about his charity? He has to go.

I think Brian Kelly has done a very good job.....the best since Lou Holtz....but he has taken things as far as he can. He is fir for a program that accepts 9-3, 10-2 and 12-1 type seasons but never all the way. There is only one for my book and that its Urban Meyer. Outside of him.....Kelly is about as good as it gets out there without plucking a coach like Dabo, etc which really won't happen. I hope he will get a job/offer that he likes and goes allowing us to always admire what he did do. It's just time with UM right there for the taking.

Been a fan for almost 60 years. Endured the likes of Bob Davie, Tyrone Willingham and Charlie Weis.
Kelly is the lesser of all for developing players, motivating and inspiring a team, making in game and halftime adjustments.
The minor but consistent penalties such as false starts and the consistent poor play of players not knowing how to tackle a runner around the legs instead of being dragged an extra 5 yards hanging on his waist or torso. This all shows me poor coaching!
10 years is enough of this moron, he has reached his peak, it will never get better.
Time to move on from him. Pay a good salary to a better coach to get him here and change the course this football team is on.

Every single year since he came on campus he has gotten blown out in some game. I'm sure fans from coast to coast have figured it out. This is what you get from Brian Kelly. He doesn't recruit top tier qb's and doesn't develop quarterbacks. His special teams don't run the ball back. His teams always fall apart late in the season. His teams play with little fire and enthusiasm. Please get rid of this coach and pay Urban Mayer and watch this team get back to the National Championship and WIN.
