Alexis is harming everybody else's desire to develope US interest in soccer. He is a horrible analyst and his comments turn the beautiful game into crap.
Is doing harm to the game of soccer and impacting our international brand due to his inept knowledge and embarrassing commentary.
He's on a personal mission to remove Jurgen Klinsmann and has been doing this since JK took the job. He offers no solutions other than a constant negative diatribe and Americans can't play the international style of soccer therefore shouldn't have a foreign coach...seriously? How long ago did Lalas play the game which has changed immensely since then?Mute Lalas!! He is not helping the American game...neither are his cohorts Winalda and Wahl.
He has very little understanding of tactics or individual players, and, worse, insists upon arguing with brilliant managers and players by simply asking their opinion and then talking over them if he disagrees. He's not only a bad commentator who shows poor understanding of the sport, but he is a bad representative of the United States.
Wake up and smell your shit lalas. Lacks professionalism and respect for smaller teams that should receive the recognition they deserve as Costa Rica did against Uruguay! Costaricans' hater!

During his coverage, his comments are always negative and he does not support the US. Not that he should always praise the US, but once in a while would be good. I turn the sound off when he is ccommentating, it makes the game more enjoyable.
