This is worse than losing because we never even had the opportunity to play these last games...to get a call at midnight from my teammate telling me that the state tournament was cancelled is absolutely heartbreaking considering we were two games away from accomplishing something great. My teammates and I have spent hours in the gym working for this and to have it ripped right out from under us, it hurts. If I would’ve known today that this was going to be my last high school game ever I would’ve treated it much differently. I can’t describe how frustrating this is to me and my teammates, I have no words.

You are ruining some kids chances at making something of them selves. Some of these kids have been dreaming of these games since the day they could play. So what there is a virus. You’re gonna get it if you’re meant to get it. The people the come know they are at risk. They won’t go if they are crazy over this. Keep the games or live with the fact that some of these kids dreams are crushed because of you. Or of the fact that some of these kids won’t get this chance to make someone of them selves.

Please please finish the state games!! It’s not fair to the teams that have worked hard all season to get this far! It’s also not fair to the seniors as these are their last games in high school and may very well be their last games ever!
