Too many of our disabled children and loved ones are coming up missing and found DEAD or ABUSED due to being mentally incapacitated ( Autism and Mental Retardation). Most of the individuals are non-verbal and/or function at a first grade level. We need to force our Legislation and President to protect and save our loved ones by implementing the following safety measures:
1.Enforcing that all the above disabled individuals must where security bracelets that tracks their whereabouts and/or alarms caretakers when they go beyond a certain distance
2. Security doors with alarms be installed in all schools to alert staff when doors are being opened from inside.
3. ID bracelets or necklace with emergency buttons be provided for these individuals. PLEASE HELP US KEEP OUR CHILDREN SAFE!!!
