these people do not fix the basic bugs and just keep adding shop stuffs ... and do not have the basic courtesy to tell players that they are working on the problems . Random dc chat reset ..2x chat paste are just some of the problems .

The lag and the events are just terrible and on top of that thye are even bold enough to mock their in game customers by boldly saying that they put PROFIT above players? Really? What type of a business model is this ? The whole world is shifting towards Customer Oriented Management and suddenly this out of nowhere Low Budget Agency (they are not even a company) shows up and literally plays around with their money? please replace them with more sensible and competent people that know what Business Model and Customer Relationship Management is. These amateurs need to go...yesterday.
