Gameforge has ruined Tera EU: Fate of Arun by making the only free source of farming money almost nonexistent. This is deleting the big majority of Masterwork Alkahest dropped by Dungeons inferior to level 60.
As usual, Gameforge doesn't have enough satisfaction by posting the Patch Notes a day before the actual Patch, that they have to add it before we can have a taste of the previous/actual patch!
European Servers (Killian the most) are being affected by Gameforge incompetent service. Almost everyday at the evenings the server goes offline without any previous warning and they are not back for almost two hours. Gameforge Community's Moderators make a post and they don't even apologize for all the trouble.
Not reading any feedback at all from actual gamers, since they don't play the game "anymore".
Always giving excuses like: "Since changes to the game mechanics can't always be made at short notice, and since it will take us some time to analyse the data we collect"... Which in Gameforge language means: "Since all the pay to win changes we did to the game can't always be made at short notice, it will take us some time to count all the money you gave us..."

Please, anyone that knows a publisher or has any connections with them, make sure to share this for Tera's sake! We are begging you.
Vote if you want a new publisher for such an amazing game like Tera.

Watching this count climb reminds me that I am not the only one frustrated by these server crashes and constant neglect. We are nearing five hundred signatures and I need you to send the link to your guildmates right now. If we hit this goal today we force them to see that we are tired of these blatant money grabs.

I have been reading through the forum threads and seeing the exact same frustrations echoed by players across all our servers. It is clear that we are tired of being ignored while the game we invested so much time into slowly crumbles under this neglect.

I decided to stop playing anything Gameforge puts out back in the days metin2 came out. So it's no suprize to see how they handle Tera. I'm playing on NA simply because of this. Struggling with a high ping. I'm thinking of just quitting. This is the path players from EU take. You can thank Gameforge when EU servers will be empty and you won't even cover the electric billes hahaha
Gameforge killed Aion EU and ruined pretty much every other MMO they got their hands on. They are utterly killing Tera EU with a complete lack of events, delayed content releases and horrible if any customer support.
Greedy company with a incompetent community staff, that not only ignores the community itself but is making fun of it by posting news saying that everything that they do is based of community feedback.
these people do not fix the basic bugs and just keep adding shop stuffs ... and do not have the basic courtesy to tell players that they are working on the problems . Random dc chat reset ..2x chat paste are just some of the problems .
im player in tera eu for 2 years.But im done with that shity publisher who wants to earn only money.They dont respect players they dont care what we want.All they doing is "sucking and failing".So yeah we need better publisher.Already canceled tera club subscription (14 euro each month and i paid for 2 years).
Gameforge dont deserve this game .they seem to think they are gods that can't be beaten So let's show them
game is dying, gameforge, step away and let us enjoy our favorite game

I've switched from EU to NA. Do not intend to come back until En Masse takes over or even another decent publisher. En Masse actually cares.
