Here's a quick description of the course: "The course covers the legal, business, and technology-related issues connected with funding high-tech businesses, including, but not limited to, obtaining multiple rounds of financing (from angel investment, venture capital financing, and institutional funds), creating and adding value, attracting talent and establishing the “real” management team, studying valuation methodology, and considering various exit strategies." We're trying to get the class offered Spring 2012, but need a showing of interest.
