The petitioners whose names, addresses and signatures appear hereunder petition shall render the following information to be accurate and have evidence of the following articles.

Article I: The claim will involve the following two parties: Triple Canopy Employees (Claimant) vs. Triple Canopy Inc. (Defendant)
Article II: The following Triple Canopy Employees suffered, or know of other Employees that suffered, unnecessary financial distress due to the misleading information of employment from company officials.

Explanation of Staffing: Triple Canopy Inc. used a staffing method, known to Employees as “The Bench”, in which qualified, school trained candidates were put in order. “The Bench” order would dictate “who” and “when” each employee would deploy on the Triple Canopy Inc. contract, headquartered in Baghdad, Iraq. Triple Canopy Inc. company officials sent emails to, and fielded phone calls from, Triple Canopy Employees with claims of employment in the near future. For most, those claims never came to fruition.

Article III: Triple Canopy knowingly withheld information about potential employment dates, or continuously gave false hope of deployment dates.
