Square Enix has decided that releasing one of their most anticipated games in multiple parts, more than likely episodes, is a good plan. While it's understandable that they want to put everything they can into the game, it's absolute c**p that they can't release it all at once, or at least make it multi-disc like the original. Should they have to release it in a part one and part two method, such as having two discs for each part, I'm sure everyone can live with that. However, episodes are entirely out of the question. Final Fantasy VII was made to be enjoyed in full, not little snippets that give you an hour or two of game-play, especially considering the amount of cut scenes that happen to be in the game. It would completely ruin the flow of the game and people would quickly lose interest and move on to something else.

This petition is to let Square Enix know that episodes are not okay. They can't do this to fans of the game, or potential fans that would enjoy playing it. Hopefully with this, they will reconsider what they're thinking of doing and not make this an episodic game.
