It is so depressing having my commute time triple since WSF moved to using toll booths! Please consider going back to using two people use the scanners so there is not a bottle neck and the boats can be filled like before.

Not loading ferries when there are vehicles still on the docks, to include medical priority loading, is a waste of time and money. Current management is truly dropping the ball on this one and probably could stand to be replaced. What I have experienced in the last 6 months has nothing to do with customer service.

Load the boat, fill the dock, continue loading the boat till full. Then send the boat to its destination. You will be off schedule, but you are off schedule anyway.
