Hear, hear to a traffic light at the end of the dock to assist with loading and unloading. SURELY this has to cost less over all than having an occasional traffic cop standing there trying to manage the vehicles & driver confusion.

Get it together WSF! We're sick to death of receiving 99% substandard service at an ever-increasing price. Fix the issues on the Triangle route, now! Vashon Island residents do not deserve to be treated so poorly just because we "choose to live on an island" (something I've personally been told on several occasions by WSF workers at Fauntleroy). Sadly, we don't have the luxury of boycotting WSF, because we literally have no other way to get to/from our island home. But if we could, we surely would. Shame on you! (current Vashon resident, 98070 and previous West Seattle resident, 98136)

I have never seen such a mess at the terminals. I have been commuting since 1968 and this is the worst it's ever been. Please go back to paper tickets. They were the best. You knew how many you had, no reader (machine errors), no waiting in line. All ferries full.

Electronic tickets? Or model it on the Portland MAX ticketing system? Or adjust ferry schedules in real time if they are behind? We're open to options to solve the problems WSF has if they solve the problems of multi-hour waits at the same time!

There's always someone not too busy~ The best use of time is to direct traffic off the dock to expedite loading. And not only at heavy commute times!
