FILL THE FERRIES! LET PEOPLE WITH ORCA CARDS GO AROUND THE TICKET OFFICES; THEY PAID FOR THAT WHEN THEY BOUGHT THEIR CARD, AND IT WILL SELL MORE CARDS. STOP THINKING YOU'RE A TOURIST OPERATION; YOU'RE NOT! FERRIES ARE CATTLE CARS FOR CARS. ALWAYS PUT TRUCKS IN THE MIDDLE; ASKING THEM TO GO TO THE SIDES CLOGS THE WORKS EVERY TIME. PUTTING TRUCKS UP THE 2ND LEVEL SIDES, SO THEY'RE HEAD-DOWN AT THE HEAD OTHER IS BRUTAL; STOP DOING THAT. NEVER EVER LEAVE THE DOCK WITH A BOAT THAT ISN'T FULL UNLESS THE DOCK IS EMPTY AND THERE'S NO LINE BEYOND THE DOCK TOWARDS THE PART. When people pay for an Orca Card, or any other kind of discount card to ride the boats, they are entitled to privileges also. This idea that it's not "fair" to let them go around is political correctness at it's WORST. Stop doing that!

Please appoint an committe not affiliated with WSF to look into this problem. I do not trust an unbiased dicision for the good of all otherwise.

It is hard to understand why pre-ticketed cars need to go through the ticket buyers' line, resulting in ferrys' leaving unfilled and long, long waits to get home.

98070 It was already bad, then you "fixed things" and now it's worse! Stop wasting everyone's time and money with inefficient processes. Or else fix the dock to accomodate more cars. Your employees are fabulous, it's the management decisions and ineptness that we don't appreciate. All you do is make up excuses to avoid implementing any proposed fixes. You have lied to us, abused us, wasted taxpayer money. Decision makers are totally out of the loop but working at cross purposes. Go back to the paper tickets if you can't manage your cash receipts in a competent fashion with the existing tools. We don't need Bridgegate here in Washington.
