That land and it’s applications belongs to those who paid for it, not the land bank. Ask the owners what they want to do.

I live in Vineyard Haven and I visit Tradewinds. It is one the the most beautiful fields on the island and should not be "sectioned off" with a fence. Respect and trust in the Land Bank is important. That their governing entity chooses to go against their own stated goals and mission shows a form of hypocrisy that will erode the confidence that has been placed in them.

The Land Bank is used by so many more people than just dog walkers. There are bikers, hikers, x-country skiers, and runners using the Land Bank every day. No fence.

No to a fence that would spoil that beauty of tradewinds, as well as pose a safety hazard to animals and people alike. As
contributers to the land bank through our land bank fees we should have a say in how funds are spent . I vote no to a fence.

This beautiful, serene oasis is about to be destroyed with an industrial, sterile metal fence! With all the preservation concerns on the island, this idea flies in the face of logic. The only reason for implementing these extreme measures is to preserve the grassland etc? The pathways have been respected since the signage was installed. I am there every morning, every week, all year long, and I have seen a drastic reduction in path traffic. Everyone gets it.

people have been staying on designated trails as is evident by grass re-growing. Do not put up dangerous fence and spoil it for dogs and humans alike.

use the money somewhere else -- if you have so much to play with -- fences are expensive. Let our dogs run free.

Please turn your attention elsewhere. You seem to focus on the Park for one arbitrary reason after another. Nobody is doing anything harmful. We're just dog lovers taking care of our dogs. If you google our kind, you'll find that were pretty good people.

the purpose of the land bank is to preserve the natural environment, not to make it look like an industrial site.
