There's no worse that can be done between the two of you if you're pregnant and it's not right to keep a loving father from his child. Nor is it correct to force someone to go without a job and go to school that adds to the already overwhelming stress.

Not to be a Debbie downer to the girls mom but all you have to do is get a lawyer in court and explain the sitsuation. Once you have a child you're a independent. No longer a dependent. Also regardless at 17 you can do as you please regulars less. Exspecially if you have a kid. Sorry not sorry. Parents should be parents. Don't stop with trying kid

Find a family court lawyer. 16 is old enough for emancipation. Pretty sure they cannot keep you from seeing your child in utero either when the mother of the child is your girlfriend. Sounds like they just want to take you for money and not let you raise your own kid. Good luck bruh!
