Why try to fix something that’s not broken? Zan was good for our school and should be allowed to stay and continue his work here with our children’s best interests in mind!

In the time Zan has been at IWSS he has endeavored to get to know everyone, his students adore him and feel completely at ease going to talk to him about anything they need, his open door policy does not stop at his students teachers and parents and caregivers are made to feel at ease in coming to talk to him. He gets involved with everything happening in our school, we have the right to a say in who gets this position and we want Zan Bramford, we do not want yet another to take his place this instability must stop, Zan has proven himself a great fit for our school and community, do not remove him. We humbly ask you to reconsider and Grant him the full time position.

I no longer have a child at Ipswich West, but can attest to the benefits of having stability of staff, particularly a Principal who is engaged with the children and staff. Both children and staff will go the extra mile for a Principal they respect and admire.

He sees the whole child, not just the student. He cares about IWSS... who else goes out in their lunch break and plays with students in need???

He deserves to have the position, and should be reinstated immediately!

Keep Zan! We haven't had a permanent principal for 6 years and he is wonderful! We was with us all of last year and parents students and staff didn't know each term if he was staying. We all know him now so make him permanent and give or kids stability!

It takes time to build trust, particularly with children who are in vulnerable situations. Ipswich West needs to maintain consistency and continuity for the sake of its continued growth in positive culture.

Zan has been the best principal yet. He is the most caring man and listens to everyones issues and deals with them head on. He loves our school just as much as we love him. Please give Zan the permanant position at Ipswich West State School.
