It is unfair to have disclosures that were entered by Regulators or the Firm that were not in fact from any customer disputes

Equal treatment under the law shouldn't be too difficult to achieve.

I support a balanced expungement system. Bottom line, if an allegation is false FINRA needs to allow it to be expunged. Putting a 1 year for original allegation time period on it is not the right direction to head in. Advisors should always be able through arbitration to remove a meritless claim

I have had a false allegation made and currently it is difficult enough to get the expungement processed. It should be easier not harder.

I agree that the current structure of claims and claim removal is substantially biased toward the accuser and not the advisor. I DO NOT SUPPORT the new rule for expungements.

The process is hard enough to get merit less claims removed, the accuser - whether valid or not - has all of the power to ruin someone’s career and we have very little recourse. Let’s make it easier, not harder, to protect those who manage their business well but get caught up with vindictive clients.

Something false or unproven claim being permanent w/out ability to set straight or expunge is unequivocally unfair and WRONG.

I definitely do not agree with this new rule change for expungements. I do not approve of it.

I stand with brokers and against the regulator's effort to strip registered reps of their ability to eliminate frivolous allegations brought by investors who are simply looking for a check from the broker-dealer.

we need a fair system for removing meritless claims especially ones that have been settled , with compensation for plaintiff , and also claims that are over 12 months old

The proposed changes seem to be very unfair
Leave the system unchanged
