Sign this petition to make it known to our legislators that you want laws to be made and enforced in Minnesota that prevent the exploitation of innocent animals who cannot defend themselves. Puppy mills raise animals who receive very little human attention and veterinary care. The animals often have physical ailments and they go to their new owner with various diseases and disorders. Studies have also shown that over 80% of mill animals have permanent psychological damages and cannot appropriately attach to humans or adjust to unfamiliar environments after long periods of confinement. Please be a voice for the animals that have none- stand up against puppy mills and ask our government to make a change.
