We're approaching hour 18 in Republican Sen. Ted Cruz's marathon not-a-filibuster against funding for Obamacare, designed to accomplish ... absolutely nothing. Except to perhaps raise his profile for a presidential run in 2016, raise money for him, and, uh, that's about it.
