I can understand why the uni is doing this but this isn't what should be cut. They need to look at other places to make cuts.

This is a vitally important resource for anyone on an art course of any kind. There's very little else I can say - losing it would be extremely damaging to any less experienced students who need the convenience and assistance of an on-campus art supplies shop, as buying art supplies elsewhere can be a very confusing, costly activity. Also, having experienced the admin quality here and some of the facilities, I think we should focus on strengthening what the campus already has, as opposed to building more large developments like the science building that end up failing to function correctly.

Their are already few outlets for Art materials in Stoke-on-Trent. Come on it is supposed to be the creative city

This is ridiculous, why replace staff that actually know the job with people that don't. Just as i thought Staffs uni couldn't be any more of a joke.

This shop provides resources to students that are not normally accessible without a bus or car; making it a vital one stop shop when deadlines are near with little time to travel.

The uni has always supported the sciences maths of other courses over the arts forever doing up their buildings and leaving the arts in disrepair.
