Being a musician in southeaster Missouri for about a decade now , I believe taking away this powerful tool of promoting local art on the radio would be very harmful to the future musicians in the area and culture in our community. I would hate to see this tool for creativity be taken from our youth.

As someone with a group that's currently TRYING to get a spot on the radio dial via LPFM, I can't understand why anyone in their right mind would ditch their terrestrial signal yet keep 'broadcasting.' I'm not affiliated with the school, but if I were I'd wonder just what the mindset is there. Rage to keep the Rage, folks!

The University's comments about changing their priorities to "multimedia journalism" crack me up...here I thought that FM was a multimedia platform.

My wife loves this station and we're both SEMO alums.

This radio station looks good on Southeast and is enjoyed by many, including online. Please reconsider your decision to shut it down.
