Ms. Carroll - if you actually lived in Ward 33, you might have a better appreciation for the needs and wishes of the residents in this area. Repeatedly, Elad had asked for more units than they actually wanted, and each time, you and the council have taken credit for getting the developer to agree to the reduced number that they actually wanted. Traffic and noise has become unbearable, and the traffic studies commissioned by Elad are fantasy at best. Just for once, please stand up for your constituents, put a stop to the over-intensification, and make the developer go to OMB.

Don Mills and George S Henry communittes were a great area growing up. Their green space was part of the appeal. We have too many people living on top of each other and crime has increased, stress levels and more. We need our sense of communites back!

This is getting too much. Please stop this request by the developers. We in Henry farm are sick and tired seeing un regulated building of multi story high rises in our neighbourhood. This is no doubt due to greed on some people

We can't move around here as it is due to increased traffic, we don't need more units to add more congestion. Traffic on Shaughnessy is ridiculous due to people trying to avoid the traffic at Don Mills and Shepard.

Density breeds morbidity. The area is already supersaturated. Greed is prevailing over the need for healthy housing. To continue to increase the density in such a small area is an atrocity.
