This petition is meant to send a message to Amazon that while their bottom-line is their priority, alienating a whole class of customers by increasing a membership/access fee in the manner they did is not how we the customers appreciate being treated.

Amazon recently changed its membership charges in order to continue using AmazonFresh they increased the fee from it being a part of the annual Amazon Prime ($99) to being a new beast all its own Amazon Prime Fresh ($299) - a 200% addition/increase in one streak. Seemingly no other options were presented before this bold move - breaking that HUGE fee into monthly payments or auto-charges, increasing revenue in other manners, a smaller increase, a separation of Prime and Fresh and charging membership for each.

Please add your voice to this petition to send Amazon the message that unless or until Amazon changes how they charge for customers to interact/participate in their services, we will not give them any further membership fees. If you are up for annual renewal please consider withholding your renewal, if you are intrigued by using their "30 day free trial" please consider using another delivery service, if you are simply a Prime member consider reducing your use of your Prime account. Send Amazon a strong message.
