We must not allow this to happen as allowing his petition would open the "flood gates" for others to follow. That would lower value in our properties.

Please do not allow our neighborhood to be turned into a multi family neighborhood. Single family neighborhoods help keep the school systems stable and not subject to transient problems.

We have lived in Woodbine for 30+ years because we love this neighborhood and the family-oriented community it is. To change the zoning would ruin the single-family atmosphere and the reasons why we chose to stay here and raise our children here. Many of our children have grown up and purchased homes here as their first family homes because of the very caring and cooperative attitude of our neighbors.
