I have been feeding raw food to my 2 dogs for 6 and 1 year respectively, against vet's advice as vet follows FDA guidelines. My dogs are the healthiest pups in any group of dogs I see. We almost never need to fo to the vet other than for regular check-ups. They have a super healthy weight. My lab is 12 years old and even the vet acknowledges his X-rays and physical condition is as if he was 6. He plays with puppies, in the dog park nobody believes his age, in day care he acts as a young pup. My 2 dogs are full of energy, happy and love the raw diet. I will never feed them kibble.

What right do you have to tell me I can't feed the animals in my care, the best, I feel, I can give them? What's next? Tell me I can't feed my humans a particular vegi? Are you kidding me?!! What if I told you that you can no longer drive a Ford or a Chevy. I don't have that right & neither do you!!

The FDA's is missing logic. What if I buy chicken at the grocery store (for human consumption) and feed it to my pets? What's the difference between that and what I buy from Answers? Seems to me there's no difference.

I am a veterinarian and feed a raw diet as do many of my clients and it has greatly improved the quality of life of these animals.

I refuse to feed my dog D4 products and fillers that go into processed food. Avoiding commercial food has helped keep my dog's mini seizures from developing into full blown seizures. We are aware of what is in commercial food now and I will not contribute towards this industry to the best of my ability.

The FDA is corrupt and bought out by big pharma. You have no right to inject people against their will (rape) and I will not poison my cats either.
