It's my right to choose what I feed my pets and I choose to feed them minimally processed and raw commercially available foods. They do much better on food that has not been destroyed by over processing and a company with the goal of making money over pet health. Let the Raw food companies take care of the great job they are doing and don't infringe on my right to feed the foods I choose to my pet. These foods are safe and I have been feeding it for 15 years with not one single problem ever. I get asked many times how I keep my pets so healthy all the time. It's because they eat a natural healthy diet. And don't think for a second that the public doesn't know why these companies are being attacked and they are trying to be run out of business and who's behind it because we are much more aware of what's going on than you want to believe!

I've been feeding my dogs raw for awhile now and they are healthier than they've EVER been. Both my Malinois and my Sheltie has lost weight and look incredible. I am greatly angered by the FDA's attempt at keeping me from feeding what I consider to be my best option for them.

The "government" as so many call them, are public servants not authorities or officials. I'll feed my dog raw all day long.

I have fed raw food to my dogs (about 8 over 12 years) including a dog with seizures and cancer, and it has made them healthier! The sickest my dogs ever got from food was on kibble that was tainted and it almost killed my 2 Great Danes.

People have a right to choose what and how they want to feed their pets. If someone doesn’t want to feed raw, they don’t have to...really just as simple as that.

I find it very "governmental" that humans can have up to 25% salmonella in their chicken but dogs can't have any in their food, even though they can handle the bacterial load. I have been feeding my dogs raw for over 5 years. They are very healthy and very happy. Keep up the fight for our right to feed species appropriate food to our dogs and cats.

We have the right to feed ours pets without any government guidance, I gave my dogs what they like to eat and they are very healthy. Good luck, keep fighting.

transparent protectionism of the massively profitable pet food industry. Raw food produces healthy dogs, and this is patently NOT in the interests of the drug companies.

Pet owners should be able to provide a dog/cat food that is in the best interest of their pet’s health!

Attempting to basically outlaw Raw Dog food is discriminating. Large dog food manufacturers, ie, Nestle Purina. Masterfoods USA (Mars) Iams (Proctor and Gamble) Hills Pet Nutrition. Del Monte Pet Foods demonstrates pet foods are manufactured by companies that are not interested in Pet health but profits. Please stop accepting lobbying and bribes and put the pet health before anything else.

I am the one responsible for my dogs health, that means among other things what she eats. I don't need the government telling me what I can or can't feed her.

breeder stands by FDA study and thinks my dog is gonna get sick because we buy grain free food. how sad and naive.

Having just lost our Maddie girl, learning so much on so many different ways to help save our pets, I wanted to sign this petition to keep the rights in our hands to chose what is best for our pets not someone who does not know me or my pets.

Please leave the choice up to me as to what I choose to feed my dog.

I want the right to choose what I can feed my pets. Why would I want a kibble that was made in a factory with roaches, maggots, rot, and rodents? I want food not feed!
