Fight for Your Right to Buy Minimally Processed Pet Food

Raw food has helped my dogs so much. It would be such a shame to not have easy access to it. Plus, I trust the companies who make the raw dog food more than I trust some companies that make human food.

The FDA should focus on the processed foods and preservatives they contain.

Been a RN for 40 years and it was my dogs who led me to a healthier ethic than all my years serving to designs of big business via AMA, FDA, EPA, congress, etc. Enough is enough. Real food, whole food for both our pets and fellow humans.

I am PHD who believes research supports RAW diet is best for companion animals. I have fed my K9 Nose work dogs raw food for decades. I demand that consumers have the right to choose. I support ANSWERS PET FOOD.

Raw is natural and healthy, dogs die on prescription kibble go after those brands not answers that has literally saved animals

I stand against Big Pet Kibble and with real pet health.

Let us feed raw without forcing us into finding other less safe sources.

There is no reason to make it illegal to buy and sell “raw” pet food. It is already labeled as not for human consumption and it has not caused any widespread public health hazard or animal sickness.

My dogs have been thriving on a species-appropriate raw diet for over 10 years!

This is ridiculous that I even have to sign this.

I support the right to feed my pet a raw food diet. Don't buckle to the kibble lobbyists!

FDA has already pushed one company our cats loved to shutdown (they absolutely loved the pork).

The FDA wants to be the judge and jury telling me that I cannot feed my dog a healthy raw diet. Yet they issue approval for numerous processed food which have been recalled due to euthanasia drugs being detected in the food and supposedly high quality grain free foods being proven to cause cardiomyopathy. I don’t think so.. don’t tell me what I can and cannot feed my dogs.

This is a huge over reach of power. Pet parents should be able to feed what they want to have healthy pets.

So we can't feed human grade food to our animals but we can depend on the dog food manufacturers to keep our animals safe from bad products....NOT!

I have fed Answers pet food raw to my 2 dogs and have had absolutely no problems what so ever! I have seen an improvement when I did feed them raw from Answers! Please do not take this right away from pet parents!

Answers raw food has done wonders for my English Bulldog. The breed has inherent issues that requires raw food to support their proper growth.
