Fight for Your Right to Buy Minimally Processed Pet Food

Thank you, Answers!! Thank you not only for providing healthy and delicious food for pets, but for taking a stand against those companies who use pet food as a garbage disposal from which to profit!! THANK YOU!!

With appropriate safety and handling protocols including necessary warnings, there is absolutely no reason to restrict the sale of raw pet food. Studies on gut health alone are a pretty big proving point of the benefits of fresh food.

Totally agree with what this partition outlines and states. My rights as a consumer to buy and feed raw or minimally processed pet food should be protected. I say this from my experience of feeding many dogs over almost 40 years a raw food diet with no negative issues whatsoever.

Why feed kibble when you can feed natural!!

I LOVE LOVE Answers, because they have great products, educate the pet community, and are transparent with their processes! Feeding fermented, organic pet food is the best thing I can do for my pet, both his blood-work and vitality underline this.

Kibble is more dangerous than raw food. Look at the facts. I have fed raw for over 10 years with no problem. Another case of the government interfering in peoples rights. We are not ignorant. People are used to dealing with raw beef, chicken, etc to feed themselves, raw pet food is not different.

It is long overdue.

I have fed raw , blue ridge beef, answers, instinct.. for YEARS. my dogs will get extremely sick if I lose that food!

The big pet food industry is killing our pets. It's time to stop them. And, it's time to stop them from 'educating' at veterinary schools. They are a special interest group, only informing new vets on their pet food.

Our pets and the food they eat (and the choices available to us in the marketplace) are of utmost importance to many of us.....so we need the agencies responsible for pet food regulation to do their jobs and do it ethically!! How have they gotten away with this for so long? I think the awareness on this issue is growing....and I think a good viral social media campaign (and maybe celebrity endorsers) would help bolster this cause, bring it to the attention of the masses and get the "industries" attention.....we have to pull out all the stops when it comes to our pets!
