Fight for Your Right to Buy Minimally Processed Pet Food

My dogs have never been healthier since I switched them to Answers. Their food is by far one of the healthiest options today. This company cares about dogs health and has put so much time and work into making the best options. More importantly though, raw feeding is a choice that owners make for multiple reasons. This option should not be taken away from them by groups that are not involved in a dogs care. Everyone in this country is always talking about free speech and everyone being able to make their own decisions and the choice of what to feed are dogs is no different. There is a clear bias to the raw industry (won’t mentions suspicions on why) and considering what these groups have started to do to certain small Kibble brands, I can only imagine how they plan to target raw. But it shouldn’t be their decision. The regulations for pet food in our country is embarrassing compared to others and these are the reasons why. It is time to stand up to the big organizations and those in control of regulations. It is time they work on developing standards that are best for our pets rather than best for the large name companies who are always more than willing to sponsor.

As the owner of a raw pet food company, this uphill battle is finally getting some light. Thank you Answers for putting this together. We may be competing in the same Market but we will go to bat with you to help this amazing cause

The FDA needs to recognize that consumers want better options for their pets and we won’t settle for processed food. Stop discriminating against companies like Answers while giving leeway to companies like Purina. We consumers know what the FDA is doing and I’m in full support of Answers fighting for their rights to offer raw and minimally processed foods to pet owners.

My kits are my family and I am an American with rights. Those rights are that I am able to buy minimally processed foods if I wish to feed those kits. Regulators be damned and if they continue to destroy my freedom of choice, they will be damned.

It's my right to feed my 2 cats healthier and more nutritious food for a longer and better quality of life. My cats are family!!!

We should always have the right to feed our pets what we feel is most appropriate for their species. Kibble is not healthy, raw food is very healthy. I will not go back to kibble for my dogs even in raw food is banned, I'll go back to cooking for them. Keep raw food legal.

Pet owners have the right to chose what they fees their animals. Get the facts about what pet food is harming our animals.

The government needs to focus on real important issues, not stick their grubby nose in what I feed my animals - which just so happens to be the healthiest species appropriate food on the market, that is also nutritionally balanced and my animals are THRIVING!

I stopped buying canned dog food and kibble long ago. I feed my dog real food now. You are the reason! GREED is all that you are about.

I have a dog with a liver disease that severely limits what he can eat. Answers is literally the only commercially available food that he can have. I am not able to home cook for him. I don’t know what I would do without this food.

Kibble is worse for dogs than raw is. We have a right to buy what we want to feed our pets!

I feed my dogs FERMENTED raw and they have never been healthier. No chemicals needed! Kibble=ear infections, skin infections, poor health, & DEATH...RIP my beloved Sydney in 2008 I want to maintain my right to feed what I know is best for my precious dogs.

Answers raw food is amazing. I've been feeding all 3 of my pets on Answers. It has improved their health and they love it. Never ever had I ever had a problem with their food.

Will never go back to feeding kibble. Don’t take away my animals right to living a healthy and long life.
