Fight for Your Right to Buy Minimally Processed Pet Food

Regulators are destroying my freedom of choice by eliminating the option of raw or minimally processed commercial pet food. My right to purchase and feed raw or minimally processed pet food manufactured by small family and independent companies is being eroded by big business and government.

if it wasn't for Rad Cat which I feed my 18yo cat who has IBD he would have died.. He couldn't eat anything without him becoming sick. He was losing so much weight it was like he was dying right before my eyes. The vet said the only choice we had would be steroids which would eventually kill him. I found a IBD cat page on facebook who recommended Rad Cat. Immediately he started gaining weight and after 2 years of being on raw food he is doing great and looks amazing.. Unfortunately Rad Cat was shut down because of salmonella which didn't make one animal sick..let alone die.. Rad Cat was a family owned company. He is still on raw food but Rad Cat was so much more convient and I feel like it was more balanced than making his raw food for him.

Government corruption and ignorance does not belong in my dog's food dish!

I don't feed raw - yet! But I do cook for my dogs . I hope that when I am ready to start feeding raw that I will not have problems doing so.

My 2 yorkies are thriving on their Answers raw meals I CHOSE to feed them! FDA has NO RIGHT to dictate to ME what foods I will feed them because they have ZERO knowledge of pet nutrition just like most vets, which will cost the pet parents HUGE $$$ to treat their pets when appropriate animal species diet could have prevented all that! The DIET is where it all starts, and processed foods is not how dogs/cats eat. That is just money in the company pockets and they don't give a sh@t about our pets! Prime example is Science Diet!! You NEVER heard any health/death related issues with Answers! Why go after the raw/ minimally processed food when FDA needs to keep focus on HILLS and others like it!

Save our options to choose our pet food. I have one dog severe allergies that this is what I need to feed him to keep him comfortable.

My dogs have been raw feed for the last 5 years and they are the healthiest they have ever been, two are now 11 years old most people think they are only half that age. We should be allowed to feed what we feel is best for our pets and the government should have absolutely no say especially since they aren't the ones paying their vet bills. FDA fight the real problem which is over processed kibble foods and leave our healthy raw products alone.

Pet parents should be able to feed raw foods to their dogs. It’s the healthiest food out there! My dog is reversing her diseases because of raw food.

Im pro raw feeding and havi g healthy animals as a reault! medical myricles has been acomplished due to raw. If hygene is the problem, edgucate the public!

My dogs are wildly Healthy!! Thanks to all Answers products. We use all of them. We have 2 poodles and a havanese. 2 were rescued and one was severely malnourished. Thanks to Answers, they have flourished!
