I will always maintain the freedom to feed the best food for my pets, including but not limited to raw. The research I have done supports the importance of feeding such a diet as raw.

We love Answers dog food. My dog had allergies that I could not get under control even after an allergy test, prescription kibble and meds from his Vet. After switching to Answers he stopped itching and scratching. He is doing great now.

The FDA’s decision to enforce a zero tolerance standard for Salmonella presence in pet food is non-compliant with federal laws and beyond their designated powers. So I stand behind ANSWERS™ Pet Food in filing a Declaratory Judgment Complaint and seeking Injunctive Relief against the FDA, challenging the lawfulness of the FDA’s actions, undertaken with cooperation of the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) and participating state government members, in adopting a nationwide, zero tolerance standard for Salmonella presence in pet food, a standard that is not only non-compliant with federal laws, but is unsupported by science, and beyond the powers properly delegated to the FDA by Congress. IT WOULD BE UN-AMERICAN to take away Americans’ freedom to choose and purchase healthy, safe raw pet food commercial products, which offer PROVEN benefits for the wellbeing of pets. DO NOT TAKE AWAY MY CHOICE TO FEED MY PET WHAT I FEEL IS THE HEALTHIEST DIET.

Consumers deserve the right to make choices for their pets and political agendas have no place in the decision making of individuals. Dog mama x 2 and I proudly feed minimally processed raw.

With this signature, I, Adam T. Gilbert declare that the regulations created to force raw pet food suppliers to pasteurize in any way (denaturing proteins and essential bioflora - rendering it not raw) infringes on the peoples' rights to access and provide to one another pet food that fully supports optimal health and is therefore an infringement on our freedom of choice.

I feed my dogs Answers Pet Food and goats milk. Small businesses are what make this country great, I don’t eat processed foods and I will feed my dogs processed food ie kibble!

The FDA needs to stay out of natural food and herbs. Get busy on the crap they sell called kibble. And treats, wth??

Uphold the law as it it written! My dogs have thrived on raw food, Answers in particular. I also had a cat that lived another six years after he was diagnosed with kidney failure because I switched him to raw food.

As Hippocrates stated, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”. This is what raw and minimally processed food is for our pets! The power to heal!
