Fight for Your Right to Buy Minimally Processed Pet Food

We need to follow the rule of law when it comes to our food as well as the food for our pets. The science is there that tells us to eat more fresh, less processed whole foods - our pets need to same options.

Heavily processed/cooked food is killing more animals than raw, whole foods!! Yet these foods continue to be produced in mass quantities. Absurd!

The health of our animal companions must be protected with laws, standards, and actions that equal the knowledge, science and awareness of those who are in law-making and leadership capacity.

My dog is the healthiest he has ever been on a completely raw diet. His chronic disease conditions have lessened in severity from this diet.

Stop threatening RAW FOOD COMPANIES to have to over process their food!! These companies our saving our dogs!

Please do not take away my right to decide what food is best for my animals. Heal the gut, heal the body. I can't do that with the commercial kibble on the market.

I will never feed my dog anything other than raw food. She's so much healthier since I started feeding her raw food!

I have fed my pets raw for at least 15 years now, and they are and were the healthiest, happiest pets among a lifetime of pet companionship. It is incomprehensible to me that you think that dogs and cats are so far removed from wolves and wild cats, etc, that they are better off with processed non-food that kibble is. How ridiculous! They thrive on real food the way nature intended. Don't change our rights based on ignorance. Let me tell you something else. Their feces does NOT smell horrendous as kibble/processed food animals excrete. It is earthy and even cats urine and feces smell much less awful. I usually can't even tell they've gone in the litter box! That says something major to me.

Processed Dog food is actually very unhealthy, far too many carbs which feed inflammation and disease in the body. I have been feeding Commercially prepped raw food for over 2 decades now. My dogs have ALWAYS been healthier on raw than they ever were on kibble or canned foods.

There shouldn't be restrictions on pet food that is very nutritional, and benefits their health. That's unconstitutional, and un-American!
