Fight for Your Right to Buy Minimally Processed Pet Food

I have fed my dogs over the years both dry and raw food and I can tell you that my dogs who were on raw food had far less medical issues and remained healthy and at a good weight overall. Don't take my right away to choose what I know is better for my dog!!

I feed my furries good food, not garbage. I make them pasture raised bone broth. Why would I feed my fur family members food of poor quality? Food is medicine for humans and animals.

Dogs have survived hundreds of thousands of years without dog food which was only introduced about 150 years ago in England. Dogs are having a tremendous amount of health issues from allergies to cancer at an alarming rate which I believe are from biologically Inappropriate diets. The reason so many dogs get sick when people attempt to switch is because their immune and digestive systems are extremely compromised so it's advisable for all dogs to start a regimen of pre and probiotics before hand. I was told by 10 different veterinarians that my dogs would have allergies for life and they would need medication for life as well and they've now been clear for a year now thanks to raw.

Raw food is natural and should be allowed

Dog's deserve fresh healthy food. It is better for them than eating dry cereal everyday. My vet actually recommended for me to stop feeding my dog kibble because she was getting UTI's due to lack of moisture.

I feel that I alone have my pets best interest in mind, not the FDA, and big pet food manufacturers. It's common sense that our pets eat a raw diet. It's what they eat in the wild, not cooked dried out food. It's time the FDA stop being biased, and get out of the back pockets of its supporters. Do your job, that it was created for. For the consumers!!
