More homeless in the area. Cyclists on the paths and cycling the wrong direction on the street.

So sad to see what happened to our neighborhood. How is it ok to house 10 sex offenders in a neighborhood full of kids and families?

I have nothing against unfortunate homeless, butI don't understand why putting sex offenders and drug addicts in a residential neighborhood. Why not pick hotels near the airports that are now empty and huge and away from drugs. Hope this will be dealt with asap

Leadership should come forward with a concrete plan to ensure these hotel stays are temporary. The majority of UWS residents, regardless of income, want safe & clean streets for their families. The End.

I have lived in NYC for 5 years and grew up in westchester county and coming into NYC my whole life and have never seen anything like this. The wealthier residents that mayor seems to disdain are going to flee the city and with them go there needed tax dollars and other financial contributions that help NYC to run. There is no reason that young and old families and single people should fear for their safety in some of the safest areas of the city because of the mayors ineptitude and apathy. If he wants the curt to become a desert he’ll get what he wished for

This happened on my street 94th and it was horrible. They snuck them in overnight a few years ago with no notice.

I have written til exhausted to West Side Rag. I want them gone now. WHY the UWS I ask. The UES will not allow this. I have been threatened, screamed at, lunged at, and frightened merely trying to get to CVS. I ask-who got the huge pay day? The hotel owners of course landlord Shimmie Horn? What ignorance to bus in hundreds of drug addicted sex offenders and drop them in an already dense neighborhood. How to destroy the UWS Helen Rosenthal DeBlasio and Dermot Shea. You have succeeded. And the other boroughs..all larger than NYC. DHS and Steven Banks and Project Renewal why are you so stupid, careless, and corrupt? We really hate you. Please Curtis Sliwa, help us get these disgusting filthy vermin off our streets. By the way, other cities around the country DO NOT do this. They put these people outside their neighborhoods, on the outskirts in motels, hotels. How dare you do this to us? Just look at LA for example. We're trying to sell our apartment. I want out.

To the people who made this decision. How would you like it they moved resgistered sex offenders into your neighborhood. I doubt very seriously that you would like it! A little common sense would be nice!

The Upper West Side is our home and in less than 3-weeks it has deteriorated into an unsafe environment. I implore you to restore our neighborhood to the standards to which we are accustomed

This situation has to be changed. It’s unsafe for us to live in our neighborhood. Why can’t homeless be house in a less dense neighborhood? Near the airport or the Javits Center?

We cannot have safety and well being in our neighborhood as long as these homeless include sex offenders and drug addicts as well as the mentally ill

I am a disabled, 80 years old and going out with my wheel chair to the Riverside street and park is no longer safe.
