It is already difficult for kids who truly need services to get coverage for these services. This is going to make it harder for those families and kids who truly need therapy to make progress and increase their independence with life skills needed!

Pediatric Therapies are so important to help children obtain their best potential as an adult. Without these therapies children will not thrive and learn to be independent in self cares and much much more. Stop these cuts, you are hurting our future.

I am an Occupational Therapist and pediatric clinic and home health business owner. The children we serve desperately need our therapy services to improve their functional status and learn basic skills. We serve children in the rural areas where the families have transportation problems.

My son has been in speech therapy for several years and has made tremendous progress. Please don't take this important therapy away from our children!

Children with disabilities desperately need home health therapy for improving feeding-swallowing, motor skills, independence with basic communication, etc. Please reconsider as this cold one day be your own child or grandchild.

Another thing is that most MCO's do not pay at the Medicaid rate! They take the Texas tax dollars and then pay for OT, PT, and ST services at 50% or so! What do they do with the rest of the Texas tax dollars???

I agree with this petition. These children are being left with very little and as they cont to get older, we will see the rise in SPED services due to the cuts now.

Please beware that access to care is so crucial for vulnerable children to be able to achieve some of the most basic skills in life. Thank you for caring!
