Support parents and children from pornography. I am on the HEPL board. We are trying to move age inappropriate books to the adult/general section. The director snd staff and left are pushing back and trying to remove us from the board. We need legislation to help win this battle. This is REAL. Books depicting sexual activity with minors. Graphic sexual activity in books in the juvenile section is being promoted as teaching kids about sex. Really? Pre-k to grade 3? Stop this sexualization of kids!

I beg you to please let children to grow up being children. There is no sense in letting them see these awful materials in a Public School, or library. Let them be, and when they are adults they can make the decisions. Parents are parents for a reason. Pornography and such puts thoughts into their heads they never would have had. Please respect simple boundaries in these public places.
