This isn't some form of protection its idiotic, and will put officers as well as covilians at risk because criminals will simply paint their guns unusual colors. They already do this. ot wont make any difference whatsoever.

instead of changing the apeance of all replca guns. make mandatory information booklets that have to be included with a replaca purchase. tgese booklets should show how the user should handle said gun. make firearm classes more readly avable in schools to further inform potental users how to teart firearms and replacas safely.

If this bill passes any and all airsoft guns including airsoft guns that were purchased before this bill passes if it does will be deemed illegal and anyone owning an airsoft gun that is not painted the specific color in S.213 can and will be charged with a federal firearms charge and spend up to 180 in prison and a $1000 fine. We as airsofters need to stand up to this government and sign this petition and any other petitions to this bill that are out there so we may continue to play the sport we all know and love with the colors that we want our gun not what these people who call themselves our government want them to be painted.

Yeah this is fucking stupid. But guys even if it does pass, your current airsoft guns and airsoft guns that were manufactured before the law are safe. Still, better to stop it anyways.

Neon colored airsoft guns will do nothing to stop shootings! Any police officer with any weapon pointed at them, regardless of its external color, will use deadly force!

The incidents involving replica fire arms are not at the fault of the sport/hobby in general, but those who lack the proper knowledge on how to act safely.

Why would we not be allowed to carry look alike weapons. They have a orange safty tip on the ends of them. Also we have a right to bare arms, and doing this is taking that right away. If this passes then does that mean that companys will have to stop selling toy guns for kids when they play military and so on?
