In thirty states, there are no laws providing the protection of transgender workers against discrimination. In twenty eight states, there are no laws protecting LGB individuals either. Through this petition, we will make these thirty states aware that LGBT+ workers deserve the same protection as their cisgender and heterosexual counterparts do.
