I think the term SJW is as toxic as the expressions on the other side.
Given that, John Ringo is a pro, and acts as a pro. Opposing viewpoints, expressed respectfully, are part and parcel in fandom. This whole kerfuffle is silly from the start.

We need to allow other ideas to be share because that is how we learn and how we protect our own ideas. The far left SJW are just like white supremacist in the sense they are bigoted and refuse to learn new ideas outside their own echo chamber. Both will ultimately fail due to not having the best people and ideas So in closing, my suggestion is stop trying to dictate what everyone must believe which is why I support Jada closing statement and the idea of allowing everyone a seat at the table.

The only views that should not be welcomed are racism, misogyny, homophobia, those that are pushing to make America into a theocracy and the like.
They are perfectly welcome to attend but, should not have a forum to spout their views.

Many cons started with sci fi. Cons and the committee organizing it should be politically unless the con is being organized overtly for a political purpose.
