I, Rati am writing this petition in order to protest against the injustice that has been done with me. My college authorities have asked me quit the college not because I am indisciplined or a poor student but because I am a sex-worker's daughter. My college authorities have cancelled my scholarship and have given me a Leaving certificate instead because they feel that I do not fit in their level of society. They are judging me not on who I am but for where I come from. But I will not take this silently, all I want is to study and make a good life for my mother and me and I will fight for my rights. I request you all to join in my fight and help me raise a voice against the Unjust.
