im spending all my time digging into these reports and the more i read the more ridiculous it gets. its wild seeing so many people agree that we need a complete overhaul of the leadership because things cant keep going on like this.

the momentum behind this is getting really impossible to ignore now. i cant believe how many people feel the same way about the direction of the organization. thanks for keeping the pressure on.
