The things that the community want is :

-Improved Transfer Market. It is ridiculous how bad the market it and how hard it is to use it, we would like them to make an improved one for FIFA 15.

-An In Form Search Filter. Finding In Forms take ages and having a broken market makes it even harder than it already is, so with this search filter it would be a lot easier.

-Position Changing. We should be able to put players in positions that they play in real life (for example.. Neymar can be moved from ST>>>LW)

-Custom Kits And Badges. The COD community showed us how creative this could be with all the possibilities, so making your own badge and kit would be great. Maybe you can download some off of the market. Perhaps the more XP you have the more customisations you get to make.

-Trading. Right now you can only trade with friends so if you were able to do it with people who aren't friends that would make the market a bit more enjoyable.
