Kids need full sized fields badly. We are out of space and traveling 3 hours RT for a practice is not reasonable

Please help support youth sports and give kids the space to get in healthy, quality recreation and exercise. This is important!

Part of making this a community destination, needs to include space for the local kids to play. A field would be so valuable and appreciated by the community (and my three kids, specifically).

Let our kids play! The kids of lower Manhattan need field space badly - take just 2 acres of the 5.6 acres (35%) on the peninsula and build field space for our kids to play sports - to be healthy, to learn teamwork, respect, and to just have fun - these kids are our future!

Please allow this field to stay! Both of my children play on it and we need more and more kids to get into sports!

It's weird to have to fight to preserve this playing space. Seems like its necessity is a given, and that the push should be for even MORE opportunities for kids, adults, teams and the community to enjoy playing fields.

The ability to keep kids active is especially important today - so the provision of space and other resources are equally important.

My kids both played soccer there. It is a treasure for the neighborhood. As long as you are at it, how about adding a winter ice rink?

Please support our kids. Those kids are so proud what they do at Pier 40. Our kids deserve to follow their dreams.

With Pier 40s future in limbo due to unclear repair and development plans, GVLL, along with other leagues, desperately need more and better facilities. Please help us to advocate for field space.
