Fidelity stop the following
1. Increase of criminal activities
2. Loss of value of our investments due to unplanned infrastructure development
3. Congestion on the Roads as Tuckshops bring lots of traffic everywhere
4. Non Compliant illegal structures
5. Hygiene associated disease like Cholera
6. Setting up of toilets since some of the area being developed such illegal shops do not have a sewer line close by
7. Roads will deteriorate much faster as Trucks will be criss crossing the area
8. Likelihood of illegal businesses like Bars/Shebeens
9. Fix sewer pipes that are bursting already
We urge Fidelity to stop these illegal structure and concentrate in ensuring that
A. Title deeds process is completed and the stand owners are given their title deeds.
B. Completion of the water reticulation process as promised, it now more than 8 years since the development started.
C. Ensure areas reserved for schools is utilized for that purpose

These tuckshops are building Blair toilets which risks contamination of our source of water since provision of tap water is not yet available so they are putting us at risk

I support the petition, lam a property holder in Fidelity Southview Park.l bought the property based on what Fidelity advertised on the main site plan.I need Fidelity to protect the interests of my investment by not allowing illegal structures in areas that were not meant for that purpose
